How to cancel my Luma app subscription?

If you would like to manage your account, cancel your trial or remove your payment details, you can do so through our secure Stripe Billing Portal.

To clarify: Adding your card to unlock the Luma trial does not sign you up for a paid subscription. You will not be charged at any point unless you actively choose to purchase a specific plan.

If you have a subscription, you can cancel your subscription directly from your Billing tab:

• Login to your Luma app account and select Billing from the left panel

• In the Subscription section, click the 3 dots and select Cancel subscription

• Provide feedback by completing our survey(optional)

• Confirm Cancellation
