Kling 3.0: FAQ
1. What is Kling 3.0?
Kling 3.0 is a video generation model that creates cinematic clips with native audio (speech, sound effects, ambience) from text and/or images. It supports text-to-video and image-to-video, a Multi-Shot mode for auto-composed cinematic sequences, and output up to 4K.
2. What resolution and duration does Kling 3.0 support?
Resolutions:
720p (faster, lower cost)
1080p (higher quality)
2160p / 4K (premium)
Durations (clip lengths):
5s, 10s, or 15s (longer clips cost more)
3. How does Kling 3.0 handle audio?
Audio is native and on by default, generated and synced automatically:
Dialogue: put spoken lines in quotes for lip-synced speech (e.g.
"Hello, how are you?").Sound effects & ambience: describe them explicitly (e.g.
coffee shop chatter, espresso machine).Silent output: turn the audio toggle off.
4. Can you combine inputs with Kling 3.0 in one prompt?
Yes:
Keyframes: a Start Frame can pair with an optional End Frame for smooth interpolation between the two.
Multi-Shot mode: toggle on and Kling auto-splits your prompt into multiple cinematic shots. Works with both text-to-video and image-to-video, so describe the full narrative and it handles the shot composition.
5. What aspect ratios are available?
16:9 (landscape)
9:16 (portrait / vertical)
1:1 (square)
6. Are keyframes available with the Kling 3.0 model?
Yes. Kling 3.0 supports keyframe (image-to-video) generation:
Start Frame: the clip begins from this image.
End Frame: optional, requires a Start Frame, and Kling interpolates smoothly between the two.
