You charged me credits but I didn't like the results.

Updated by Martin

Yes, credits are consumed for every generation attempt, regardless of the final visual result. The reason for this is that each generation, even those that don't turn out exactly as expected, requires the same massive amount of computational power and GPU resources from our servers. Because those "rendering" costs are incurred the moment you hit generate, we aren't able to automatically refund credits for subjective results.

To help clarify how our platform operates, our billing structure is compute-based, this means that our system automatically charges for the computational resources required to process and complete every single rendering request initiated. Once a generation task successfully delivers an output asset, those credits are fully consumed.

Additionally, because our platform relies on generative AI models, the technology operates with creative variables and limitations. AI models do not always guarantee perfection on a single attempt, and variations in complex elements, such as managing precise physical consistency, realistic movements, or smooth tracking, are a standard part of working with generative media, even when utilizing high-quality pre-generated images as a base.
